Responsibilities
- Promote and sell our curated line of teen lifestyle products at local events and community venues
- Engage authentically with peers and families to build brand awareness
- Track sales metrics and customer feedback using our mobile app system
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine communication and persuasion skills
- Collaborate with a team of teen ambassadors to achieve collective sales goals
- Represent our brand professionally at weekend festivals and school events
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and enrolled in a local Albuquerque high school
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal communication skills
- Reliable transportation to various locations within Albuquerque
- Basic smartphone proficiency for sales tracking and communication
- Ability to work weekends and flexible after-school hours (10-15 hrs/week)
- No prior sales experience required – training provided
- Must pass a background check
