Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door and community outreach to generate qualified leads across Indianapolis neighborhoods
- Present product demonstrations and sales pitches to residential and small business clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up communication
- Meet weekly sales targets while maintaining professional brand representation
- Document client interactions and sales data using mobile CRM tools
- Collaborate with team members during bi-weekly strategy sessions
- Participate in ongoing product training and sales technique workshops
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and enrolled in high school or a recent graduate
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Exceptional communication skills and approachable personality
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in outdoor environments
- Basic smartphone proficiency for CRM data entry
- Availability for weekday afternoons (3-8 PM) and weekend shifts
- No prior sales experience required – we provide comprehensive training!
