Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies to generate high-quality leads and schedule qualified meetings.
- Conduct needs assessments and product demonstrations to build trust with prospective clients.
- Navigate the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Manage a robust pipeline within our Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on outreach campaigns and market positioning.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product suite and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in outside sales (2+ years experience required).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Seattle metro area.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
