Responsibilities
- Prospect & Generate: Identify and qualify high-value leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Client Meetings: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase our value proposition.
- Closing Deals: Navigate the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and final closing.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM pipeline to forecast revenue and track progress.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in outside sales or business development.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, independent, and results-oriented work ethic.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM software.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
