Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and outbound prospecting campaigns.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to highlight value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on outreach strategies and campaign goals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B outside sales or consultative sales preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of leads.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
