Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Conduct high-value sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales collateral and strategies.
- Track all sales activities and pipeline metrics using CRM software (Salesforce/Sales Navigator).
- Attend industry events and networking functions to expand brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B outside sales or account management.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive demeanor.
