Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to enterprise clients across North America
- Build consultative relationships by diagnosing client pain points and aligning InnovateSaaS solutions to their needs
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets by 20%+ through disciplined pipeline management and CRM utilization
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and leverage new product launches
- Document all client interactions in Salesforce while maintaining 95%+ data accuracy standards
- Participate in weekly role-playing sessions to refine objection handling and value proposition delivery
- Contribute to competitive intelligence reports to inform strategic sales approaches
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years sales/customer experience; recent graduates strongly encouraged
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication with ability to translate technical concepts
- Metrics-driven mindset with proven ability to exceed targets in academic/work settings
- Authorization to work full-time in the United States without sponsorship
- Self-starter mentality comfortable with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom)
- Valid driver's license for occasional client-facing meetings in the greater Seattle area
