Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales strategies to generate new B2B client relationships across North America
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closure using Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining 85%+ client satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion funnels and campaign ROI
- Document all interactions in CRM with 100% accuracy for sales forecasting
- Participate in quarterly product training sessions to maintain industry expertise
- Contribute to team success through knowledge sharing and best practice development
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in consultative selling techniques and objection resolution
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Strong verbal/written communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently during night shifts
