Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct high-volume cold calling and email campaigns to generate new business leads within the San Francisco metro area.
- Client Acquisition: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, identifying their pain points and demonstrating the value of our solutions.
- Closing Deals: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring high conversion rates.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in Salesforce.
- Market Analysis: Research market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in B2B outside sales or consultative sales.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Drive: Highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the region and work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when necessary.
