Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct thorough market research and prospecting to identify potential new business opportunities within the local San Francisco area.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective clients to address their specific business needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and collateral.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in outside sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive demeanor.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently while managing a heavy travel schedule.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
