Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and acquire new business clients within the San Diego territory.
- Conduct outbound prospecting, cold calling, and networking to generate qualified leads.
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to prospective clients, addressing their specific business needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, prospect interactions, and customer information in the CRM system.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and drive upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Outside Sales or B2B Sales (experience in [Industry Specific, e.g., SaaS, Telecom, or Technology] is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
