Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the San Diego market.
- Conduct high-value outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate qualified leads.
- Present product demos and tailored solutions to prospective clients to address their specific business challenges.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and sales collateral.
- Track and report sales metrics, forecasting, and activity levels to management on a weekly basis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales or business development (B2B experience preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
