Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term, loyal clients.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and professional product presentations within the San Antonio territory.
- Manage a territory to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate unique value propositions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking and strategic outreach.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing accounts to ensure retention and upselling.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in outside sales or business development.
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
