Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies targeting local businesses in Richmond and surrounding areas
- Conduct high-impact in-person client meetings to demonstrate product value and close deals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive account management
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction metrics
- Leverage CRM systems to track sales pipelines and forecast revenue accurately
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop localized sales campaigns
- Represent company at industry events and networking functions
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven outside sales experience with documented commission success
- Strong knowledge of Richmond VA business landscape and local market dynamics
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales technology
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for territory coverage
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in previous roles
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently without daily supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
