- Close Deals: Utilize persuasive communication to negotiate terms and secure sales contracts.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development (1-3 years preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Driver's License: Valid, clean driver's license required for local travel.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
