Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the Greater Philadelphia area to expand our market share.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Prepare detailed sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or field sales.
- Valid Driverās License and reliable transportation (must be willing to travel within the PA region).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
