As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll connect with local businesses, promote our innovative tech solutions, and represent a company that values youth development. This flexible position offers weekday afternoons and weekend hours to accommodate your academic schedule.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with local businesses through in-person visits and targeted outreach
- Present product demonstrations and sales pitches to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up
- Accurately document sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with senior team members to refine sales strategies
- Meet weekly sales targets while representing YouthEdge's brand professionally
- Attend mandatory training sessions and team meetings
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and currently enrolled in high school
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation (bike/public transit acceptable)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic smartphone proficiency for CRM applications
- Availability for weekday afternoons (3-8 PM) and weekend shifts
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn
