Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and conduct outbound prospecting calls to identify potential clients.
- Visit clients on-site to demonstrate products, explain features, and discuss specific needs.
- Prepare quotes, contracts, and proposals in a timely manner using our CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies for your territory.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions to sharpen skills and stay updated on product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B Outside Sales or consultative selling.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (essential for territory coverage).
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a field-based role.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
