Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and strategic prospecting within the Oklahoma City metro area.
- Conduct face-to-face presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop local sales strategies and campaigns.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing and account onboarding.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or commission-based sales roles.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required (local travel within OKC).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic sales pipeline.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
