Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales calls and digital outreach to generate qualified leads across multiple time zones
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closure using Salesforce CRM and sales automation tools
- Develop tailored solutions for enterprise clients in SaaS and technology sectors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Maintain 120+ weekly call volume while exceeding monthly sales targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
- Document all interactions in CRM system with 100% accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with documented $500K+ annual sales achievement
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and HubSpot
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas in high-volume environments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to adapt to diverse client profiles
