Responsibilities
- Develop new business through direct client meetings and networking events across Oklahoma City metropolitan area
- Manage existing client portfolio to drive repeat business and upselling opportunities
- Present product solutions to decision-makers in construction, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute regional trade shows and industry events
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage pipeline, and forecast sales
- Submit detailed weekly activity reports and sales forecasts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with proven track record
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with C-level executives
- Ability to travel 60-70% of time within Oklahoma territory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in construction or industrial sales highly valued
