Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the local San Jose area.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Present product demonstrations and sales pitches to prospective customers to drive revenue.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline and track activity using our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Attend networking events and industry meetings to expand our market presence.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and products.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate CRM systems.
