Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consultative selling.
- Conduct product presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Manage a high volume of leads and maintain accurate CRM data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong desire to learn and a professional attitude.
- Willingness to travel within the local region (Illinois).
- Reliable personal transportation is required.
- Able to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
