Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to qualified leads during the night shift.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, highlighting key value propositions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Close sales and secure contracts with high-value clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and targeting.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or telesales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and earn uncapped income.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
