Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cold calling and email outreach during night shifts to generate new business leads.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective clients within the technology and software industry.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively overcome objections to close sales.
- Manage and update the CRM system with accurate prospect data and pipeline status.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and campaign success.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or telesales.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills, persuasive personality, and high energy.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local networking events.
