Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound calls to prospective leads to introduce our products/services.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand customer pain points and recommend tailored solutions.
- Present product demonstrations and pricing structures to close sales and secure contracts.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using Salesforce or our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on active listening.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a hunger to succeed and earn based on performance.
