Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Present company products and services to prospective clients with a focus on B2B solutions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Effectively handle objections and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update client data, and forecast sales performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales campaigns and strategies.
- Attend nightly team meetings to review performance metrics and share best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in outside sales or business development.
- Strong ability to work the night shift (typically 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM or similar).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional local client meetings.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
