Responsibilities
- Execute a high-volume cold calling and prospecting schedule to generate new business leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations and presentations within the San Antonio metro area.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in outside sales, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or B2B services.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record required.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM or similar).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
