Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research in the El Paso area.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present products or services.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Attend nightly sales meetings and training sessions to refine sales techniques.
- Track and report on daily sales activities and targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or door-to-door sales.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (typically 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
