Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales strategies to generate new leads and expand our client base within the designated territory.
- Conduct high-impact sales presentations and product demonstrations over the phone and in person.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas consistently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to closing and account management.
- Document all client interactions accurately in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or lead generation.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM or similar).
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a commission-based environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
