Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls and meetings to generate new leads in the Boston metro area.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with local clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Manage a pipeline of prospects, following up diligently to close deals.
- Travel locally to meet clients and attend industry networking events.
- Document all client interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, business development, or account management.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift while maintaining high energy levels.
