Responsibilities
- Generate new business through proactive prospecting and cold outreach during evening hours
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across government, tech, and healthcare sectors
- Present tailored solutions to complex business challenges during face-to-face meetings
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining 85%+ client retention rate
- Collaborate with day-time teams for seamless account handoffs and lead sharing
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track activities and forecast sales accurately

Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Availability to work flexible night shift schedule (typically 4 PM - 1 AM)
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close high-value contracts
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client visits
