Responsibilities
- Generate new business through strategic prospecting, cold calling, and networking in Boston and Illinois territories
- Build and maintain high-value client relationships while presenting B2B solutions to C-level executives
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with uncapped commission opportunities
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client onboarding experiences
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales metrics and forecast pipeline accurately
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows during night shift hours
- Develop tailored proposals addressing client pain points and ROI drivers
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience with B2B SaaS or technology solutions
- Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas with uncapped commission structures
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (7 PM - 4 AM EST)
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills with C-suite executives
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platforms
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel within Boston metro and Illinois territories
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
