Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through strategic outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) during night shift hours
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while presenting tailored solutions
- Exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all interactions and pipeline activities in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in bi-weekly team training and performance reviews
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to expand account value
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year B2B sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently during night shift
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
