Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls to generate qualified leads and set appointments for account executives.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage and update prospect information accurately.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions/products.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries with a focus on converting prospects into paying clients.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and persuasively over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting sales goals.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
