Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with commercial clients during evening hours to generate new business opportunities
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to exceed monthly revenue targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage sales pipeline and track performance metrics
- Collaborate with day-shift counterparts for seamless client handoffs and account continuity
- Analyze market trends to identify untapped revenue streams and competitive advantages
- Present compelling product demonstrations and customized solutions to enterprise clients
- Submit detailed activity reports and performance dashboards weekly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven outside sales experience with B2B or enterprise clients
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with documented revenue growth track record
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently during off-peak hours
- Valid driver's license with clean record and reliable transportation
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM, Monday-Friday with flexible scheduling
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and adjust strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
