Responsibilities
- Execute a high-volume outside sales strategy to generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients in person.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to refine sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure alignment on campaign goals.
- Manage time effectively to maximize productivity during night shift hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in outside sales or business development.
- Proven ability to work effectively during night shifts (typically 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building and closing.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for commission-based income.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
