Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outbound prospecting via phone, email, and networking to generate new leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing deals and account onboarding.
- Attend local networking events and industry conferences to expand our market presence.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage pipelines, and forecast sales performance.
- Present product demonstrations and tailor solutions to meet specific client needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales, business development, or account management.
