Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new business leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals).
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to ensure accurate forecasting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in outside sales or business-to-business (B2B) sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a "hunter" mentality.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
