Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients within the Milwaukee territory.
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual product demonstrations to showcase our value proposition.
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining high profit margins.
- Foster and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Track sales metrics, maintain accurate CRM records, and report progress to management.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B outside sales (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory coverage.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed and hit targets.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
