Responsibilities
- Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to prospect and secure new clients in the South Florida area.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to demonstrate product value and close deals.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Track sales metrics and provide accurate forecasting to the regional management team.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine value propositions and targeting strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in outside sales or business development (2+ years preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
