Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities within the Memphis territory and surrounding areas.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to showcase our value proposition.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Manage a consistent pipeline of leads using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Travel locally to meet clients, attend networking events, and participate in trade shows.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required for local travel.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection.
