Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within your designated territory in the Louisville area.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase our solutions and value proposition.
- Nurture existing relationships to drive repeat business and expand account share.
- Close deals and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Track and manage all client data accurately in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales or B2B sales preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with a high level of accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
