Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients within the Las Vegas metropolitan area to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct high-value sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate contract terms with prospective customers.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue quotas.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective leads using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage local events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage a territory effectively, and be self-motivated.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation (essential for field travel within the city).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM software is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
