Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the Kansas City territory.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with mid-to-large enterprises.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and cold-calling to contract signing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted outreach campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven B2B outside sales experience.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory travel.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable using CRM software and sales enablement tools.
