Responsibilities
- Generate new business through proactive outside sales activities and networking in the Jacksonville area.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to demonstrate our premium products/services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- Track sales metrics and provide weekly performance reports to management.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales preferred (recent graduates with high drive considered).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Self-motivated with a hunger to achieve financial goals and commission-based income.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
