Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume prospecting and cold calling to generate new business leads.
- Present and demonstrate our premium products/services to potential clients in the Boston area and beyond.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and upselling.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Utilize CRM software to track progress, update customer data, and forecast sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or commission-based sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a hunger to hit aggressive targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client meetings.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
