Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients to identify their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer retention.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B outside sales or a related field (Candidates with no experience but a strong sales background will also be considered).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of leads.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
