Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Identify and engage potential clients in the Charlotte metro area to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Meetings: Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings to present product solutions, address client needs, and demonstrate value.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate contracts, overcome objections, and secure new business to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers to ensure customer retention and upselling opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system regarding sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or related fields.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Driver's License: A valid, clean driver's license and willingness to travel within the region as required.
- CRM Proficiency: Comfortable using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM software.
- Self-Motivation: A hunger to succeed with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
