Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business leads within the assigned territory.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reports to management on a weekly basis.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Attend industry networking events and trade shows to expand market presence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in outside sales, business-to-business (B2B) sales, or consultative selling.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (reliability is key for travel).
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a "hunter" mentality and the ability to work independently.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
